“Developing a Global Mindset” Workshop

When working with other cultures it is important to know more than whether to simply bow or shake hands. In these workshops, leading social science models are used as analytical tools to provide cross-cultural management training. The workshop is very interactive, using group exercises, short cases, and mixed media to simulate real-life situations in the workplace.

By the end of the workshop, participants will be able to recognize, understand, and use cultural differences in order to:

• apply the very best cross-cultural management tools for more effective day-to-day work with multicultural colleagues,
• adopt best practices for international project teams, virtual/global communications, leadership, negotiations, joint ventures, etc.
• effectively develop cross-cultural conflict prevention and/or conflict resolution techniques for global teams.
